We collect only the information needed to quote, pick up and deliver your shipment:

• Contact data: full name, phone, email.
• Shipment data: pickup address, destination country and city, shipment type, box count, weight, declared value, preferred date, notes.
• Technical data: IP address, browser (user agent), referring page, anonymous conversion events.

We do not collect Social Security numbers, full bank account data, or sensitive categories (health, religion, biometrics).

• To prepare and send you a quote.
• To coordinate pickup, consolidation and delivery of your shipment.
• To handle export and import customs paperwork.
• To answer inquiries, claims and follow-up communications.
• To improve the site through aggregated analytics — only with your cookie consent.

We share data only with parties strictly needed to fulfill your shipment:

• Transport partners (air and ground consolidators, last-mile carriers in Colombia and Mexico).
• Customs authorities in the United States, Colombia and Mexico when required by law.
• Technology vendors under contract: cloud hosting (Supabase/Lovable), analytics (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Microsoft Clarity — only with consent), email, and WhatsApp.

We do not sell or rent your personal information for marketing.

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep the site working and, with your consent, analytics and campaign-measurement cookies. You can accept or reject non-essential cookies in the banner shown on your first visit, and change your choice anytime by clearing site data in your browser.

• Shipment, customs and accounting records: 7 years, as required by US tax and customs regulations.
• Quote requests and marketing inquiries: 24 months from your last interaction.

After the applicable period, data is deleted or anonymized.

• Request a copy, correction or deletion.
• Object to non-essential uses.
• Withdraw consent at any time.
• California (CPRA): right to know, delete, correct, limit use, and not be subject to sale or sharing. We do not sell your data.

• Mexico (LFPDPPP): ARCO rights before the controller or INAI.

We apply reasonable safeguards (HTTPS, access control, in-transit encryption, encrypted backups). No system is 100% secure: if an incident affects your data we will notify you as required by law.

As part of the service, your data may be processed in the United States, Colombia and Mexico. We take contractual measures so any transfer maintains a level of protection comparable to that of your country.

The site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

We may update this policy. The current version is always posted on this page with its date. Material changes will be communicated by email or on the site.
